Change Healthcare Cybersecurity Breach

CountyCare is aware that Change Healthcare is continuing to experience a system outage due to the nationwide cyber security breach that occurred on 02/21/2024. Please note, CountyCare utilizes Availity as our clearinghouse vendor and Availity was unaffected by the cybersecurity event. For providers impacted by this incident, Availity is offering free self-service resources for EDI transactions typically submitted through Change Healthcare. Additional information on these resources can be found here.   
 
CountyCare is committed to working with our providers and as we receive additional information from Change Healthcare, we will communicate the best way to resolve claims for the affected period.
