Updated CountyCare Provider Manual

This notice is to inform you that we have revised and updated the CountyCare Provider Manual. You can find the most recent version of the Provider Manual on countycare.com under Provider Resources. The newly published CountyCare Provider Manual offers you the ability to easily navigate the manual with the hyperlinked table of contents and links throughout the manual for ease of use. In addition to updating the format and information throughout, we have expanded the billing section of the Provider Manual and therefore will no longer reference or maintain the previously published Provider Billing Manual. The Provider Billing Manual will be retired. Please reference the CountyCare Provider Manual and the section titled Billing and Claims Submission for billing information. Also, for additional provider billing information, we encourage you to visit iamhp.net/providers to view the Illinois Association of Medicaid Health Plans Comprehensive Billing Manual.
