CountyCare members can get free rides to and from doctor’s appointments or transit passes to help them get to their appointments.

Prescriptions at No Cost

CountyCare members get covered prescription medications at no cost when filled at an in-network pharmacy.

Earn Visa Cash Rewards

Complete certain health activities, such as annual checkups, screenings, vaccines and prenatal visits, to earn Visa cash rewards.

24/7 Nurse Advice Line

Health questions can come up at any time. CountyCare members can call the Nurse Advice Line 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to speak with a registered nurse.

Free LASIK

CountyCare is the first and only Medicaid plan in Illinois to cover LASIK surgery for eligible members.

Weight Watchers

CountyCare members ages 13 and older can get free vouchers to attend WeightWatchers meetings.

The CountyCare Visa Rewards program cannot be used for the purchase of alcohol, tobacco, firearms or gambling. It can take up to 180 days after an approved service for your rewards cash to be added to your account.

If you use this program for rent or utilities, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires it to be reported as income if you seek assistance. Contact your local HUD office if you have questions.
