Personalized support at every step of the cancer journey

Make life with cancer a little easier, every day

Learning you have cancer is hard. The path forward can bring a whirlwind of feelings, appointments, and big decisions.

This no-cost program was created to guide you through every step of your cancer journey with greater confidence. Helping you know what to expect along every step of the road ahead. Helping you make decisions when you reach a fork in the road. And helping to ease your load so you can use more energy to improve your health and quality of life.

No one should have to take on cancer alone.

How this program can help

The program has two parts, working together to help you manage all aspects of your care.

Care navigators: Support tailored to your needs

A trained care navigator is just a phone call away to help you:

  • Understand your condition and treatment options so you can make informed decisions.
  • Make sure care decisions reflect what’s important to you by helping you clearly state your wishes to your care team and loved ones.
  • Know what to expect and how to prepare for it, like your first treatment or important talks with your doctor.
  • Get help finding the resources you need, like support groups and rides to appointments.
Careology: An all-in-one cancer care management tool

Participants also have the option to use Careology, which aims to create more “up” days for people living with cancer. Use it to:

  • Track your symptoms and side effects, as well as vital signs such as your temperature.
  • Manage symptoms and get guidance on when to contact your care navigator or doctor.
  • Stay on top of your medications and get reminders to take them.
  • Find answers to common questions through helpful articles.
  • Keep loved ones up to date on how you are doing, if you choose to do so.

By using Careology, you also help your care navigators see how you are doing. This will allow them and your care team to better support you.
