Our providers give respectful care in safe and welcoming spaces. You can get checkups, mental health support, specialty services, help with social needs, and more. CountyCare is here for you every step of the way.

At CountyCare, we know health is about more than just doctor visits.
We can connect our LGBTQIA+ members with helpful resources. We help with housing, job searches, legal assistance, food, and more. We focus on social needs that impact our members so they can have support in all areas of life.
CountyCare has care coordinators to help LGBTQIA+ members with their health needs. They can answer questions, set up rides, explain benefits, and help schedule appointments.
CountyCare offers free help with nutrition. Members can work with dietitians to learn about healthy food habits. You can download an app to help with meal planning, shopping, and food delivery.
Brighter Beginnings is a program that helps parents and babies stay healthy during pregnancy and after birth.
CountyCare covers transportation. You can get rides to and from scheduled medical appointments. Rides to pharmacies, medical equipment providers, CountyCare events, and WIC food assistance locations are also covered.
