Beginning February 21, 2022 members can go to an in-network pharmacy and get up to eight COVID-19 home test kits per month at no cost to them. Please make sure you call the pharmacy first to ensure they have the kits in stock. Below are the tests that are currently covered:
Booster shots: COVID-19 vaccine booster shots are available to all adults who have completed their primary vaccine series (6 months after the second dose of Moderna or Pfizer or 2 months after the first dose of Johnson & Johnson). To make an appointment, call 312-864-0591.
COVID-19 vaccines are now available for ages 6 months and older: COVID-19 vaccines are now available for ages 6 months and up. We will add $50 to all members’ CountyCare Visa Rewards Card for getting their first COVID-19 vaccine, $10 for getting the second vaccine and $10 for each booster. To make an appointment, call 312-864-0591. A parent or guardian must be present for children under 18.
