Provider Lunch & Learn – Utilization Management

CountyCare Health Plan is committed to providing an efficient and consistent Utilization Management
(UM) experience for our members and providers.
The goal of the training is to present providers with an overview of CountyCare UM policies and best
practices for providers when submitting requests for prior authorization. CountyCare would also like to
highlight the Prior Authorization Look-Up Tool as a resource for providers to determine which services
require prior authorization.
