Provider Lunch & Learn – IAMHP Universal Roster Training

The CountyCare Provider Data Management team provides live trainings focused on the IAMHP Universal Roster. The goal of the training is for providers and their office administrative staff to better understand the roster format and how to avoid common errors. This training will: 

• Review the process for completing and maintaining the MCO roster for submission to the health plan
• Provide education on available tools and resources for providers
• Discuss the impact of roster submission issues such as denials, delays, incorrect panel closures, etc. 
• Include FAQs regarding the standardized roster process
