Community Health & Nutrition Fair

CountyCare and Foodsmart are partnering with A Safe Haven to host a spring community resource fair focused on health and nutrition benefits. Members will be able to redetermine, receive nutritional education, and sign up for the new Foodcare program. There will also be a food demonstration and food box giveaways.
