Triton College is hosting a Health and Wellness event focusing on mental and behavioral health. CountyCare will participate to share information on Medicaid and its behavioral and mental health programs.

CountyCare and Foodsmart are partnering with A Safe Haven to host a spring community resource fair focused on health and nutrition benefits. Members will be able to redetermine, receive nutritional education, and sign up for the new Foodcare program. There will also be a food demonstration and food box giveaways.

CountyCare will participate in the Englewood Empowerment Expo event to provide attendees with information on Medicaid and the resources that the plan provides.

CountyCare will participate in the Leyden Township event to provide attendees with information on Medicaid and the resources that the plan provides.

CountyCare will participate in the GAGDC event to provide attendees with information on Medicaid and the resources that the plan provides.

In collaboration with Cook County Health's CCHIP Program for HIV Testing, CountyCare will attend the event to promote Medicaid resources to attendees.
